About Us

Knowsley CVS works to support and promote voluntary and community action in the Borough of Knowsley.
 

We do this in a number of ways:

• Services – We offer advice, information, training and other practical support services for local voluntary and community groups.

• Development – We identify unmet needs and support the development of new and existing voluntary groups.

• Liaison – We encourage networking, co-operation and joint action among voluntary organisations and supporting links with statutory services.

• Representation – We ensure the local voluntary sector is represented to statutory agencies

• Strategic partnerships and networks – We enable the voluntary and community sector to engage in partnership work with other sectors.
