Many voluntary, community and faith sector groups are now tendering for public sector contracts.
Organisations need to :
• Find out what contracts are on offer.
• Meet the criteria to be accepted onto the list of contractors
• Be able to calculate the full cost of delivering the contract and allow for the risks of it costing more than predicted.
• Produce a tender document in a relatively short period of time that will win a contract
• Understand how to approach the post-tender negotiations
