Members of the Knowsley YAT (Youth Action Team) and other young people have recently been involved in helping within the community. This has included helping at our Blooming Great Tea Party which raised in the region of £125 for Marie Curie Cancer Care. They have two more community dig days planned which they hope will be at Round Hey, Stockbridge Village and have other projects such as clearing a river bank, charity carwash and a bring and buy sale planned to name but a few.

The YAT will also be involved in some team building exercises as part of their personal development and have recently participated in a sign language taster session. They have many ideas for community involvement if only there were enough hours in a day!! If you have you any young people 16 – 25 who may be interested in joining the group then contact the v team.
